Angela Tierney named Centre Manager of the Year

We’re delighted to share some fantastic news. Our Centre Manager, Angela Tierney, has been named Centre Manager of the Year – Medium Centre at the SCEPTRE Awards 2026!

The SCEPTRE Awards celebrate excellence across the UK retail destination industry, recognising the individuals and teams making a real difference within shopping centres across the country.

Angela impressed the judges with her outstanding leadership and the significant, measurable results she has delivered at Mill Gate.

Under her leadership, the centre has continued to maintain exceptionally high operational and customer service standards, including achieving an impressive 100% mystery shopper result.

The award is another fantastic achievement for Mill Gate and recognises the hard work taking place behind the scenes every day to deliver the best possible experience for everyone who visits the centre.
