Mill Gate Wins Diamond and Three Special Awards at Loo of the Year Awards

Mill Gate shopping centre is proud to announce an outstanding achievement at the prestigious Loo of the Year Awards, taking home not only the coveted Diamond Award, but also three additional honours: Eco Toilet of the Year, Period Dignity Award, and Washroom Technician of the Year.

This marks the seventh year that Mill Gate has received recognition at the Loo of the Year Awards, and the second time achieving the highest Diamond grading.

The Diamond Award represents the highest possible accolade, recognising exceptional standards in washroom cleanliness, design, and management. Securing this top-tier recognition alongside three category wins highlights the centre’s dedication to excellence across every aspect of its facilities.

In addition to achieving the highest overall rating, the centre was recognised for its environmental commitment through the Eco Toilet of the Year award, its inclusive and supportive facilities through the Period Dignity Award, and the exceptional expertise and dedication of its team with the Washroom Technician of the Year honour.

This remarkable accomplishment reflects the shopping centre’s continued commitment to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all visitors, maintaining award-winning standards year after year.
