Get ready for a full town-centre takeover as Bury Food & Drink Festival returns this summer! Across three flavour-packed days, we’ll be celebrating the very best of food, drink and local culture with a buzzing programme of markets, live music and community events.
What’s On
Here’s what to expect across the weekend:
Friday 18 July – Beers and Bands on Bank Street
Time: 6 – 9.30pm
The weekend kicks off in style with a bar and live music on Bank Street – showcasing great local brews and bands with real Bury flavour. Come down after work and start your weekend with a great atmosphere.
The line up:
- 6 – 6.45pm – Shoehorn
- 7.15 – 8pm – Sky Valley Mistress
- 8.30 – 9.15pm – Urban Theory
Saturday 19 & Sunday 20 July – Festival Weekend
Time: 9 – 5pm
The town centre will be bursting with energy as over 70 food, drink and craft traders line the streets for two full days of mouthwatering markets:
- Hong Kong Market at Kay Gardens – celebrating vibrant Asian street food and culture
- Artisan traders and global flavours around The Old Rock and Barista
- Live music at The Rock near Bob and Bert’s – line-up TBC
- Local Beer – discover great pubs, bars and local brews on Broad Street, Silver Street, Market Street and Bolton Street
- Bury Market – visit the world famous market. Open Friday 9:30am–4:30pm and Saturday 9:00am–5:00pm
You’ll also find spotlight events and exclusive offers across our fantastic local hospitality venues. From special tasting menus to in-venue events, there’s loads to enjoy throughout the weekend.
