Bury College in partnership with Bruntwood is delighted to announce the launch of a brand new event aimed at supporting the talent needs of local employers. The purpose of the Employer Forum is to:
- Provide updates about regional and local skill strategies
- Gather sector-specific feedback concerning recruitment challenges and how Bury College can help support employers
- Better connect local employers with Bury College's offerings and clearly identify opportunities for employers to benefit from them.
- The Employer Forum will include a keynote speech from Ashley Boroda, a Talent Advisor, iMA Practitioner and Executive Business Coach.

Local and regional skills update from Councillor Eamonn O'Brien, Leader of Bury Council.
4:30-4:50: Keynote Speaker
Ashley Boroda is an ILM Level 7 qualified coach, coaching business owners and senior leaders to grow their businesses for 10 years. He delivers high-level executive coaching that allows the business owner to find the solutions to an array of issues which occur on a regular basis.
4:50-5:30: Sector breakout rooms
Sector-specific conversations focussed on identifying and addressing recruitment challenges
5:30-6:00: Closing remarks and informal networking
