This Award is far from being a formality.
We need to demonstrate consistently high standards of safety, maintenance and cleanliness of the car-park, together with providing a positive customer journey experience.
The lighting, redecoration of the staircases, the landscaping, cleaning, permitter fencing, and tariffs were all contributing factors to the winning of this Award, for the nineteenth consecutive year!
