Mill Gate Shopping Centre provides a number of facilities to visitors, designed to make your visit as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

Free Wifi

We're all glued to our smart phones these days so make the most of our free WiFi whilst you’re at Mill Gate. Get online by selecting 'MillGateBury' from your list of networks available.

Customer Toilets & Baby Changing

Male, Female and Disabled Toilets and baby changing facilities are located on Minden Parade opposite Leckenbys Tea Rooms. Open 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and from 10.30am to 4.30pm on Sunday. Please note, in line with Colostomy UK guidelines, our Disabled Toilets have been adapted to be Stoma Friendly.

Customer Care Team

Our friendly Customer Care Team are responsible for the security, maintenance and cleanliness of the centre. Members of the team can be found around the centre and will be happy to assist with any queries or you can find them at Customer services on Minden Parade, next to Yates & Suddell Opticians. Why not ask us about the FREE kiddy cab hire, lost and found property or if you simply require assistance.

Dementia Friendly

Mill Gate is now a Dementia Friendly Shopping Centre. Which means that our Centre Management Team and selected retail store staff are trained on how to be aware of, accommodate and help visiting customers with Dementia.

ICC Car Wash

The ICC Car Wash is open from 10am - 5:30pm

ICC Bury is located inside Mill Gate Shopping Centre car park. The perfect opportunity to shop whilst your car is cleaned inside and outside.

Purple Tuesday

Every Tuesday morning from 9am the centre will host a quiet hour where all music is turned off, enabling those who have autism, to enjoy a more peaceful shopping experience.

Disabled Access

Disabled Parking is provided in our car park; we have 24 spaces on the ground level and 9 on level 3. See our Parking page for more detail.

Manual Wheelchairs can be hired from Shopmobility located outside Union Arcade entrance. A limited number of manual wheelchairs are also available from the Customer Services on Minden Parade. A £5 hire charge will be given to Shopmobility. Two forms of identification are required.
