On Tuesday the 20th of July, a group of 12, 16-18 year olds taking part in the Summer NCS Programme carried out performances in our external area.
This is part of their Social Action Project, which the group decided they wanted to give back to the community of Bury by gathering donations for local food banks.
They managed to fill six large boxes with food donations, which will make a huge difference to the food banks. We think this is absolutely brilliant and we're sure the local food banks are very grateful for all of the hard work by these teens!
