Message from our Centre Manager

Having spent a lot of time reviewing the shopping centre’s measures, I need to ask for your help with two key issues to keep you safe and all of my colleagues safe.

Whilst shopping in the centre, you must wear a face covering unless you have a medical exemption. You must shop alone or with a member of your household only.

Management, Security guards and the cleaning team will support themselves and each other by challenging customers who are not wearing a face covering and who are shopping in groups. Please treat us with respect as we are trying to keep everyone safe.

We have also put in a place a ‘keep left’ policy to ensure that all customers have the space they need to socially distance. Please ensure you use the door on your left to enter the shopping centre and stay on the left-hand side of the mall at all times unless sensibly crossing to the other side of the mall to visit one of our stores.

These measures are in place to keep everyone safe, whether shopping or working at the centre. Thank you for your support and understanding as we help keep everyone safe.
