Mill Gate Shopping Centre shortlisted for top UK customer service award

Mill Gate Shopping Centre are confirmed finalists at the 2019 Revo ACE Awards, which recognise the best customer service experiences within UK retail places.

After achieving an exceptional score of 97% from a recent mystery shop visit, the centre have secured a place within the ‘Community’ category.

The centre was scored on all elements of the customer experience including information available on digital channels, ease of navigation to the centre, amenities, cleanliness and help from staff on site.

Mill Gate Shopping Centre Manager, Marie Gribben, commented on the accolade: “We’re absolutely thrilled to have been shortlisted in what is a real testament to the dedication of the team here in providing excellent customer service.

Our customers have been at the heart of the centre for over two decades, and we’ll continue to provide them with an enjoyable shopping environment for years to come.”

The winner will be announced at Revo and Retail Destination magazine’s ‘Destination R’ event in Birmingham which takes place between 3 - 4 April.
