Kiddy Cabs

Our Kiddy Cabs are a free and fun way to shop with toddlers at Mill Gate. Kids enjoy the ride while you shop! Toddlers can choose from a taxi, police car or fire engine (double seater for two children) - although these are all subject to availability as they are very popular.

To ride a Kiddy Cab, toddlers must be a maximum height of 3ft – and we have a height chart to help toddlers measure up! Kiddy Cabs can be used throughout the Mill Gate Shopping Centre and the Bury Markets but must always be accompanied by an adult. Please download the Terms & Conditions pdf covering use of Kiddy Cabs. Before hiring, you must sign to confirm your acceptance of these and hand in to our Customer Information desk on The Mall with two forms of identification.

And for a bit of fun, don't forget to apply for your Kiddy Cab Licence. For regular Kiddy Cab riders, our Customer Information staff can provide your child with its very own Kiddy Cab licence to avoid showing proof of identification each time you visit. Ask for a form at the our desk in The Mall – or simply download a pdf of our Kiddy Cab Licence form, fill it in at home and then bring in to the Customer Information desk next time you are in the centre. Please make sure that you print out and sign a copy of the Kiddy Cab Terms & Conditions and please remember to bring two forms of identification.
