• FREE Kiddy Cab Hire

  Mill Gate is famous for its Kiddy Cabs - a free and fun way to shop with toddlers. Kids enjoy the ride while you shop! Toddlers can choose from a taxi, police car or fire engine (double seater for two children) - although these are all subject to availability as they are very popular. • Cash Points

  There are a number of ATMs around the centre - in Union Street, Minden Parade and outside the Centre on Market Street.

  We take great pride in maintaining levels of cleanliness throughout the shopping centre. We have a team of dedicated staff who work hard to ensure that whenever you choose to visit, you can enjoy your shopping experience at Mill Gate Shopping Centre.   Baby changing facilities are located within the public toilets off Union Arcade, leading to our car park. Baby changing facilities can also be found in Mothercare.

Shopmobility provides accessible shopping for those who need it and Mill Gate is pleased to support the shopmobility scheme, unlocking the many access barriers faced by people with a disability (permanent or temporary), through the provision of mobility equipment. We have a wide range of customer service facilities to make shopping easier:

• Disabled Parking

  Disabled Parking is provided in our car park; we have 24 spaces on the ground level and 9 on level 3. See our Parking Information.

• Disabled Toilets

  Public toilets are located off Union Arcade, leading to our car park.

• Manual Wheelchairs

  These can be hired from Shopmobility located outside Union Arcade entrance. A limited number of manual wheelchairs are also available from the Customer Information desk in The Mall. A £2 hire charge will be given to Shopmobility. Two forms of identification are required.

• Motorised Wheelchairs

  Motorised wheelchairs and walking frames can be hired from Shopmobility outside Union Arcade entrance. Two forms of identification are required.
